The Gathering is an annual community building event where attendees will connect with new and old friends alike, enjoying a weekend filled with prizes, clinics, vendors, drives, live music, family lawn games, hikes and a “feast” on Saturday night!

Enjoy 2 nights of camping at beautiful Albion Hills in Caledon Ontario. Bring your rig and show off your kit while sharing what you’ve learned throughout your build experience and travels. Attendees will enjoy their own camping area with sites being roughly 20’x30′.

With a choice of 2 different camping locations, attendees can choose where they would love to call home for the weekend. Individual sites can’t be reserved, but should groups be traveling together we will do our best to accommodate requests. Please email to make your request.

Toilets, hand washing stations and potable water are provided along with fire bowls and wood for warmth and comfort. Showers are NOT provided so please come prepared. The event is happening rain or shine, be ready.

Throughout the event attendees will have the chance to engage with exhibitors in our Exhibitor Alley. Learn about the latest products and services that will help with your build or next adventure.

There will be schedule drives throughout the weekend allowing attendees the opportunity to explore the local area. There will be a variety of drive options to allow for all skill and interest levels.

***Weekend Passholders (Campers) are only able to join the guided off road drive. There will be other self guided options and we encourage Day and Weekend Pass holders to enjoy there on their own.

Option 1 – OverlandNTH Route
OverlandNTH and helpful volunteers from the community have established an amazing overlanding route that meanders its way through some of Central Ontario’s best roads, trails, and vistas. Use your free Gaia app and download the file for a 2.5-3 hour tour that is sure to scratch your itch for adventure. This route involves lots of gravel, technical trails, hill climbs, tight squeezes, and some amazing views. Expect pin striping on your vehicle, and be equipped with a minimum of 31” A/T tires, proper 4×4 and a willingness to potentially scratch your rig. There will be some mud on the trails, and it’s possible to get stuck or hung up. Recovery ropes, boards, and experience are highly recommended. This route is self guided, so please take a partner rig. Never explore alone.

Option 2 – Explore Caledon
The great folks from Caledon have compiled a list of must dos in the area and it’s worth a drive to check them out. There are some beautiful natural features in the area, connected by great breweries, restaurants, ice cream stops, and shops. Take the family for a drive and support our supporters. The map from your welcome package will be helpful here.

Option 3 – Guided Trail Run
Small groups of more advanced off roaders will follow our volunteer trail captains on a tour of the region. This route is restricted to intermediate/advanced overlanders and will require minimum 31” A/T tires, 4×4 with low range, a willingness to pinstripe your rig, and a means for self recovery. This route will not be shared, rather your will follow your trail captain and complete the loop in time to return for the evening festivities. These numbers will be very limited for Saturday and Sunday.

Day Pass and Weekend Pass Holders will enjoy clinics throughout the weekend providing the opportunity to learn, contribute and engage as a community.

OverlandNTH is a family friendly event where kids and parents can enjoy riding bikes at Ablion Hills, playing at the playground, or enjoying lawn games. We have teamed up with Speaking of Wildlife again where kids, big and small, can meet and learn about wildlife found here in beautiful Ontario. They will be presenting twice daily on Saturday and Sunday.

Live entertainment is a core component to any OverlandNTH experience!

Friday will once again feature firesides jams and we are pleased to welcome the talented Karla Crawford on the main stage. On Saturday during the feast the Jay Kipps Duo will be picking some sweet blues and in the evening the soulful sounds of The HoneyRunners will be headlining with the The Commoners setting the stage as the opening act!

Come prepared to enjoy some sweet sounds of these great Canadian artists with the perfect backdrop at beautiful Albion Hills!

Driver & Rig and Co Pilot pass holders will enjoy the “Feast” on the Saturday night as apart of their pass access. Additional tickets can be purchased for kids and youth at an additional cost.

The Feast Includes:
Roasted pork and smokey BBQ chicken accompanied with roasted apple sauce | smokey BBQ sauce, kaiser buns, slaw, creamy potato salad and non alcoholic beverages.

To reduce waste we encourage attendees to join with their own plate and cutlery. However, cutlery will also be supplied.
