Luke Nixon-Janssen is the Managing Partner and President of OverlandNTH, where he leads the vision of building Canada’s leading overlanding community through immersive events, brand partnerships, and authentic storytelling. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and tourism industry—including senior roles with Marriott International, Ritz-Carlton, Deerhurst Resort, and Calabogie Peaks Resort—Luke brings a proven track record of creating world-class guest experiences and driving strategic growth.

An outdoor enthusiast and passionate overlander himself, Luke has transformed OverlandNTH into a hub for adventurers, brands, and communities to connect, learn, and explore together. From producing large-scale gatherings and charity builds to representing Canadian overlanding at international rallies, he is dedicated to fostering a culture of adventure, authenticity, and community both on and off the trail.
