It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news: The Gathering – Calabogie 2025 has been cancelled.

Despite our sincere efforts to negotiate in good faith, an ongoing contract dispute with the venue owner could not be resolved. As a result, we are unable to move forward with the event as planned.

All ticket holders and vendors will receive full refunds, and our team is available to answer any questions from guests, partners, and supporters.

While this news is disappointing, we remain excited about what’s ahead — including the Ultimate Overland Charity Raffle and our journey in the Budapest to Bamako Rally in 2026.
